GENERAL COMMENTS

"It would indeed be ironic if, in the name of national defense,
we would sanction the subversion of one of the liberties . . .
which makes the defense of the Nation worthwhile."

- United States v. Robel, 389 US 258, 264 (1967)

CHART #343

1. CHART #343 shows daily prices for the continuous spot futures contract.

2. We can see how price is hugging the lower descending red down channel trendline.

3. The possibility has arisen that the decline to the blue vertical line shown versus the number of calendar days since are in relation of 1.227 (SQ PHI=1.272).

4. There are several other interesting relationships shown.

5. Price has moved down into the small blue WIC (Weekly Inversion Cycle Index projected turn) box shown in the lower right corner.

6. There is no doubt that the position of this market would be more positive had the projected turn coincided with a retest of a recent low - but it hasn't.

7. Nevertheless, the 235 trading day from the high in the upper left corner and the blue box shown continue to suggest that an important turn is at hand.
