GENERAL COMMENTS

"It would indeed be ironic if, in the name of national defense,
we would sanction the subversion of one of the liberties . . .
which makes the defense of the Nation worthwhile."

- United States v. Robel, 389 US 258, 264 (1967)

UPDATED 20060823 COMMENT #305 CHART #607 1. CHART #607 shows daily prices for the cash index. 2. A few weeks ago, we noted that this market was on the verge of becoming the weakest in the complex. 3. The inability to move through the two vertical horizontal pink lines shown is consistent with a decrease in relative strength since. 4. When we inspect price over the last few days, we can see that this market is set up for short side entry today via the trading technique presented on pages 205-9 of "The $upertrader's Reference Manual". 5. There are a few other markets in the complex that are similarly situated. 6. Risk is small, reward extremely large should the position unfold as suggested.
