Refund Policy

Over the years, a few have ordered, copied, and then returned the information for a refund which has necessitated that refunds no longer be provided. Accordingly, all information be sold on an "as is" basis and all sales are final.

Auto-Renewal Cancellation Policy

The Auto-Renewal program allows one to automatically obtain successive editions of either the "Almanac" or "Cycles" books, or both, at a substantial discount. The reason the deep discounts for repeat purchasers on this program are available is because the early orders allow paper, binding materials, production runs, mailing labels and so on to be prepared and scheduled with certainty.  Pre-issue information is often further prepared and emailed/mailed to participants. The Auto-Renewal program also applies to the daily chart service.

We proceed in accordance with your automatic renewal program instructions and provide you the renewal products until you provide written instructions otherwise and are current on payments. As a condition to receiving the benefit and consideration of the reduced-price, the following agreement further applies:  

With respect to expired credit cards, forward roll to a new expiration date is first attempted. Next, other cards on record are attempted in similar manner. Regardless, the product is still (e)mailed, the presumption being that, in the absence of written notice of cancellation, delivery of the information is much preferred over missing a market since time is of the essence with this information.
