Bond Market Highlight #10

"Inversion Cycle Index", "Linear Cycle Window Index", "Linear Cycle Index", and "Cyclic Trends" study presented in "The 1998-99 $upertrader's Book of Linear Time Cycles" all combine in rare ALIGNMENT with "Astro Points" listed in "The 1998
$upertrader's Almanac - 2nd Half Edition" to NAIL the all-time high in the US Treasury Bond market to the EXACT DAY.

COMMENT 1998-728

1. And, yes, I am aware that the "ALMANAC VI" trading system has been long the bonds since 980820 which was about 10 points ago.

2. See, for example, pages 124 and 179 of "The 1998 $upertrader's Almanac - 2nd Half Edition".

3. Now let's turn to page 303 in "The 1998-99 $upertrader's Book of Linear Time Cycles".

4. Obviously, the entire summer up move in the bond market has been in accordance with the "solid line" shown in the chart at the bottom of the page.

5. This line is (as can be seen in the "key" below the chart) the "Linear Cycle Index".

6. Note how the "Linear Cycle Window Index" shown in the histogram (the vertical bars) just above and below the chart suggest the period when higher prices are expected during the year and, several months later, when lower prices are expected.

7. Note when the highest prices of the year are projected by the solid line in the chart - the "Linear Time Cycle Index".

8. Now we turn to the next page (page 305).

9. We can see that the solid line in the chart in the weekly chart also trends down.

10. Now we can look at the "Cyclic Trends" information in the middle of the page.

11. Note all the "S"s in the box.

12. For orientation, we can turn to the front inside cover of the book and quickly determine that this is the 41st week of the year.

13. Note the "dotted line" in the chart.

14. This is the weekly "Inversion Cycle Index".

15. We could also turn to page 193 where this information is more clearly presented.

16. For example, look at the first entry in the "WIC" (Weekly Inversion Cycle) listing.

17. Now look at the "Cyclic Trends" information for this market on the same page.

18. Note the "BD" information which is listed just below the "BD".

19. Can you see what this information represents in the "key" at the bottom of the page?

COMMENT 1998-749

28. Remember, the 981005 high in the US Treasury Bonds was made EXACTLY during the week of a weekly "Inversion Cycle Index" turning point projection (see page 193 in "The 1998-99 $upertrader's Book of Linear Time Cycles") and EXACTLY on the 981005 "Astro
Turning Point" projected on page 398 of "The 1998 $upertrader's Almanac - 2nd Half Edition".

29. COMMENT # 728 of 981005, the very day of the all-time high in the bonds, noted several of these ALIGNMENTS in the bond market.
